you guys this song is about being gay in america and it is so heartbreaking and so hopeful and makes me want to lie down on the floor and cry and cry and cry.
No tumblr posts today because I hung out at a river all afternoon and evening.
On the way home we listened to this song, windows rolled down and music turned up, flip-flop tan lines and summertime nose freckles, wet hair dripping down our backs, hearts all swelled up because it’s summer and time to go hard.
